Calling All RNs and RRNAs: Ollivate is Bringing Team Competition to AANA Annual Congress 2026

This August, if you’re an RRNA or RN at AANA Annual Congress, your learning comes with a leaderboard.

Ollivate and AANA are teaming up again — this time to turn the profession's largest educational event into a friendly, region-by-region competition for RRNAs and RNs. When you head to Boston August 21–25 for five days of sessions, workshops, and keynotes, you won't just be prepping for boards, learning about the profession, and earning CE credit. You'll be earning points for your region.

Ollivate is rooted in our belief in the importance of continuing education. Now, we are taking the education, engagement, and community that already define Congress and making them a little more fun. 

Annual Congress draws 4,500+ nurse anesthesiology professionals to Boston — the birthplace of modern anesthesia — for 100+ sessions and meaningful connections. This year, we worked with AANA to give RRNAs and RNs more reason to lean in, stay engaged, and connect with the people in this great profession.

Think of it as the same world-class programming you came for, with a bit of team spirit layered on top.

Here's how it works

Every RRNA and RN is assigned to one of nine regions. From the moment the conference opens, those regions go head-to-head on a live leaderboard — earning points by playing along with sessions and engaging throughout the event.

Whether you're a resident navigating the RRNA-to-CRNA transition or an RN exploring the profession, there's a way to get in on it.

What you can win

The competition runs all weekend, with winners crowned along the way:

• Daily winners.  Top performers each day can swing by the Ollivate booth to grab swag.

• Regional winners.  The top players in each region will win additional prizes, and there's a special reward waiting for the overall top scorer across the whole conference.

Oh, and one more thing: Double Hearts are on for all Ollivate players across the globe all conference long as an added bonus.  There's never been a better time to play.
