  • Yes. You can upgrade when you need more access. Downgrades or cancellations can be managed through your account settings based on your billing platform.

  • Yes. You can cancel before your next renewal. You will keep access through the end of your current billing period.

  • Your account progress, notes, saved questions, and learning history stay with your account. Changing plans affects access, not your saved progress.

  • For AANA-approved CRNA CEs, eligible credits are sent directly to AANA when the required completion steps are met. Certificates are also available in your account.

    ANCC-approved CEs are NOT auto-transferred.

  • Yes. Paid annual plans include a 14-day free trial so you can explore the full experience before your subscription begins.
