Ollivate for Universities

A Smart & Effective Study System For Your CRNA Program

CRNA programs are responsible for guiding students through an intense volume of material while maintaining strong performance outcomes. Yet challenges like information overload, performance anxiety, and inconsistent study habits make it difficult to ensure every student stays on track.

Ollivate is a science-backed learning system that helps programs reinforce long-term retention, support consistent study behavior, and reduce student anxiety throughout training. By structuring how students engage with material daily, Ollivate helps improve readiness for SEE and NCE without increasing faculty workload.

Backed by research on how the brain works

Designed to Improve Student Progress & Outcomes

Consistent Ollivate Users Averaged 519.5 on their NCE

Turn inconsistent study habits into a structured, trackable part of your program.

Student success is shaped long before program exams and boards. Ollivate is designed to support student performance by helping educators:

  • Improve NCE and SEE performance through structured sessions

  • Support long-term retention through consistent study habits

  • Reduce student anxiety throughout training

  • Surface early indicators of struggling learners and cohort-level knowledge gaps

  • Reinforce your existing didactic content

Structured, Daily Engagement Across Your Cohort

Students engage in short, repeatable study sessions that keep key concepts active throughout training instead of relying on last-minute review.

Retention That Builds Over Time, Not Just Before Exams

Concepts are reintroduced over time to strengthen retention, helping students retain information as they progress through new material.

Higher Exam Readiness and Confidence

Students apply knowledge through board-style questions and custom exams, building familiarity with testing formats and strengthening decision-making under exam conditions.

Trackable Signals of Student Progress

Student activity and performance patterns create a clearer picture of how individuals and cohorts are progressing, helping surface gaps as they develop.

Bringing Faculty Visibility to Student Engagement

Faculty often have limited visibility into how students are engaging outside scheduled instruction. When concerns surface, insight typically comes after performance has already dipped.

This spring, the Ollivate Educator Console will be a new feature providing faculty with structured tools to guide usage and review engagement across their program.

Faculty will be able to:

  • Create custom learning maps, games, or questions

  • Align Ollivate directly with their set curriculum or board prep strategy

  • Assign modules by semester

  • Organize students into cohorts

  • View engagement and performance patterns

  • Control what students can see

This isn’t a generic question bank. It’s your CRNA program, reinforced.

Empower your students with a smarter way to study & prep for their exams.

Comprehensive Content That Supports Mastery Across Core Anesthesia Topics

Ollivate covers the full NBCRNA curriculum following the content outline of the SEE and NCE exams. With 6000+ structured questions across basic sciences, anesthesia principles, equipment, and procedure-based anesthesia, Ollivate supports daily study and exam prep throughout your CRNA program and residency.

  • 6,000+ board-style practice questions

  • 4 core study domains

  • 25+ major categories

  • 100+ focused topic areas

A Custom Exam Builder to Level Up Their Studying and Board Prep

Students can create custom practice exams to identify knowledge gaps and activate their learning in an exam-style format. We also offer 4 practice NCE and 4 practice SEE exams.

  • Build custom practice exams from the question bank

  • Practice with 8 pre-built NCE and SEE exams

  • Adjust exam length to build endurance and readiness

  • Apply concepts under exam-style conditions

  • Get detailed performance results after each exam

Social Learning That Keeps Students Connected & Engaged

Students can often feel isolated when studying and preparing for an exam. Ollivate creates a community through discussion, competition, and collaboration, helping them stay engaged and connected throughout their training.

Students can:

  • Compete with peers within their program or with others around the world

  • Participate in discussion threads and interact with peers across their cohort and other programs

  • Learn through shared discussion and collaboration

Overall, the app is worth your time and I really recommend the Olli Super or Super Saver so you’re able to play and practice with unlimited attempts! 100% worth it, as I consider this one of my #1 study tools!!! Thanks Ollivate!

A Study Tool Students Actually Want to Use

I’m a third year RRNA. I have been using Ollivate for past month or so (maybe longer) prior to taking my SEE. I took my SEE yesterday , scored a 461!
Ollivate really helped me with remembering content. It helps to have an easy to use app that I can use anywhere, in between cases or any random free down time. The spaced repetition really helped me. One of my worst areas was anethetic principles, prior to my exam I did a bunch of questions on the app, and ended up scoring the highest on that section!
— Krista, SRNA
Figured I’d let you know I passed boards today and I would be remiss not to mention I really think your app helped me. Money well spent!
