  • After you complete checkout, we send the recipient a personalized digital message on that date you chose with instructions to activate their free year. You provide their name and email address in the form during purchase.

  • The recipient gets to choose their own start date for their free year. They let us know when they’d like to begin, and we activate their premium account within 48 hours.

  • No. They can create one when they receive the gift email. If they already have an account, they just have to let us know when they want to start their subscription, and we’ll do it for them.
